Work out your price
Pay only for the vehicles you run. The Planner is 15p per vehicle per day (£1.05 a week), and the Driver App and Tachograph cost less when you add them. 30 day free trial, no card required. Prices exclude VAT.
How billing works
Free trial
30 days with everything switched on and no card. If you do not choose a plan, the account turns read-only for 30 days, is then suspended, and is deleted 60 days after the trial ended.
Choosing during the trial
You pay when you choose, and the paid period only starts when the trial ends, so you never lose trial days.
Card payments
Stripe takes the payment by card every month. Add or remove vehicles and the next bill changes to match.
If a payment fails
We email you and the account keeps working for at least 7 days while you update the card. After that it is paused until the payment goes through.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need a card to start the free trial?
No. Every new account gets 30 days with all features and no card details. You only choose a plan when you decide to carry on.
Can I look around before I register?
Yes. The demo opens a ready-made account with sample companies, vehicles and drivers, so you can try everything without entering your own data.
I manage several operators. Can I keep them separate?
Yes. Every company has its own vehicles, drivers, defects and documents. You can see them all together on the planner or filter down to one company at a time.
How do tachograph files get into the system?
Three ways: drag and drop the .ddd files in the browser, let the Tacho Sync app for Windows upload them automatically, or let drivers read their own card with their phone in the Driver App.
What does a driver need to use the Driver App?
Just a phone. You create a login for the driver or send them an invitation link, and you choose which functions they see - daily checks, defects, shifts, leave requests and more.
Who can see our data?
Only the people you give access to. Each user gets permissions that decide which pages they can open and what they are allowed to change.
Is there a contract?
No. At the end of each month you pay by card for the days each vehicle was on your account, and you can cancel any time from Subscription & Billing. Access continues to the end of that month.
