Everything together. The planner, the Driver App and the tachograph share the same records, so the system works best this way.
- Pay only for the days each vehicle is on your account, billed at the end of each month by card. No contract - cancel any time.
- From just one vehicle. Start on the 20th and the first bill covers only the days from the 20th.
- Nothing is capped. Only motor vehicles are charged - drivers and trailers are free, as many as you need. Up to 10 users and 10 companies.
- Any fleet size - 100 vehicles work the same way as one. Running a large fleet? Ask us for a better price.

Billing
How billing works
Free trial
30 days with everything switched on and no card. If you do not choose a plan, the account turns read-only for 30 days, is then suspended, and is deleted 60 days after the trial ended.
Choosing during the trial
You pay when you choose, and the paid period only starts when the trial ends, so you never lose trial days.
Card payments
Stripe takes the payment by card every month. Add or remove vehicles and the next bill changes to match.
If a payment fails
We email you and the account keeps working for at least 7 days while you update the card. After that it is paused until the payment goes through.

Pricing questions
Do I need a card to start the free trial?
No. You get 30 days with everything switched on and no card details. You only choose a plan when you decide to carry on.
What counts as a vehicle?
Motor vehicles such as lorries and vans. Trailers and drivers are never charged for, however many you have.
Why the Driver App or Tachograph first?
They cost the same, so pick whichever you need. With one add-on you save 10%, with both 20% overall, so adding the other one later costs less again. Most operators take both.
Can I add or remove an add-on later?
Yes, any time from Subscription & Billing inside the app. Your records are kept if you remove an add-on.
Can I cancel?
Yes, from Subscription & Billing. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
How many companies can I manage?
Up to 10 companies and 10 users on one account, which suits most external transport managers. Need more? Email us.
Do prices include VAT?
No. All prices are in GBP and VAT is added on top. The calculator shows the total with VAT.

Every plan works for any number of vehicles, so you can start straight away. For a large fleet, email support@otherwork.net with your fleet size and we can offer a better price.
