Who you are buying from
The shop at otherwork.net is run by Other Work LTD, a company registered in England and Wales. You can reach us at support@otherwork.net. These terms cover goods bought in the shop. The Other work software subscription has its own terms.
Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT. The delivery charge is shown in the basket before you pay. Payment is taken by card through Stripe when you place the order; we never see or store your card details. Your order is accepted when we email the order confirmation.
Delivery
We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom. The delivery options and their prices are shown at checkout. We email you when the order is sent, with the tracking number when the courier gives one. If the parcel arrives damaged, keep the packaging and email us within 48 hours with a photo.
Changing your mind (14 days)
If you buy as a consumer, you can cancel within 14 days of the day you receive the goods, without giving a reason. Email support@otherwork.net with your order number, then send the goods back within 14 days of telling us. Goods must be returned complete and in a condition that lets us sell them again; you pay the cost of returning them unless they are faulty or not as described. We refund the price and the standard delivery charge within 14 days of receiving the goods back, to the card you paid with.
Faulty goods
If something is faulty or not as described, tell us and we will repair, replace or refund it as the Consumer Rights Act 2015 provides. Your legal rights are not affected by these terms.
Business customers
If you buy for a business, the 14-day cancellation right does not apply, but we will still help with faulty goods under the manufacturer's warranty. A VAT invoice is sent with the order confirmation on request.
Your details
We use your name, address, email and phone only to handle and deliver your order, and to send product news if you ticked the box for it. A shop account is optional; you can ask us to delete it at any time. See our privacy notice for more.
